Targeted messages that teach communities the
risks associated with avian influenza and proper procedures for
responding to outbreaks are essential to preventing the further
spread of the disease and reducing the chances of a pandemic.

AED (the Academy for Educational Development) herewith provides notice to all its vendors, subcontractors, personal services contractors and other individuals and organizations with any outstanding right to payment, including check payments that have not been deposited or presented for payment ("creditors") that the project AI.COMM ends on November 30, 2009. Creditors are herewith invited to submit their request for payment upon completion of their work and submission of their deliverables for any unpaid amounts due under AI.COMM together with the necessary documentation supporting their requests. Requests must be received no later than October 31, 2009 (unless contractually agreed upon with AI.COMM). Please submit all requests before October 31, 2009 to aicommcloseout@gmail.com, attention: Trudy-Ann Farnum, AI.COMM Finance Manager. Claims for payment to local AI.COMM representatives will not be honored.
